Steve Jobs, Paris Hilton, and Munich

Maybe this is the biggest pleasure of mine. When I come for the first time in a city. To understand its life beyond its first look. For this, I like to walk all alone on the streets, stopping here and there, see its outlying streets, observing the common habitants. It is fascinating, to discover the real life of a city. Never the same with the one that shows to you at first glance.

And when I meet new people, it is maybe the most interesting thing to discover their real being, beyond the controlled behavior. Their real expectation.

All the cities are interesting from this point of view, everyone has a very complex life and living, hopes and certitudes. But not all the people are interesting. Some of them are just like they look like. I think, one from this last category is George Bush, for ex. Not how he wants to looks like, but how he looks like for most of us.

Steve Jobs: all the references describe him as the perfect man. And I do not believe in the perfection.

Paris Hilton, I think she is really the drunken woman, but she is more than this. Maybe I am wrong, but I see a profound sadness in her eyes.

As for Munich, I was twice in this city, but I still have no idea on its real life. Never had enough time to observe it as I’d like. At least this last target, I’m sure I will have soon the possibility and pleasure to discover it.
